KFC ZOEKT LOCATIES

Voor verdere expansie van onze restaurants in Nederland en België, zijn wij op zoek naar geschikte locaties. Wij zoeken naar zowel perifere als binnenstedelijke locaties, welke geschikt zijn of geschikt te maken zijn voor nieuwe restaurants.

Perifere restaurant locaties
Ten behoeve van onze restaurants met drive zoeken wij locaties die voldoen aan de volgende criteria:

• gelegen nabij de op- en afritten van rijkswegen of drukke verkeersknooppunten;
• goede zichtbaarheid en directe bereikbaarheid vanaf de openbare weg;
• gelegen in gemeenten met tenminste 35.000 inwoners;
• perceeloppervlak van tenminste 2.500 m2.

Binnenstedelijke restaurant locaties

• gelegen in of nabij hoofdwinkelstraten of grotere winkelcentra;
• gelegen in gemeenten met tenminste 75.000 inwoners;
• vloeroppervlak minimaal 200 m2 op de begane grond;
• nabij parkeergelegenheid en of doorgaande straat;
• de mogelijkheid om een terras te voeren is een pre;
• de nabijheid van een uitgaansgebied is een pre.

KFC IS LOOKING FOR NEW LOCATIONS

For the further development of our brand in The Netherlands and Belgium, we are looking for suitable locations for our restaurants. These locations can be both on the outskirts of the city, as well as in city centers.

Drive thru locations
For our drive thru restaurants, we are looking for locations that meet the following criteria:

• Close to exits of highways or high-traffic junctions;
• Good visibility and accessibility from the public road;
• Situated in cities with at least 35.000 inhabitants;
• Plot size of at least 2.500 m2.
• City center locations

Situated in or close to high traffic shopping streets or bigger shopping centers;

• Situated in cities with at least 75.000 inhabitants;
• Surface of at least 200 m2 on the ground floor;
• Close to parking facilities or a road accessible by cars;
• The possibility for a terrace is an advantage;
• The vicinity of a bar – and entertainment area is an advantage.
